I'm using the free version and so far it's working great. Easy to set up, and easy customize both the button style and email template (even allows custom CSS!).

The customer support on this App is fantastic too. I had a couple of queries and they replied back to me very quickly.
I have been using this app for about a week now and so far it seems to work well. The customer service is very responsive and helpful as well.
Very good app. The UI looks amazing and the setup is great. Had some issues with the app at the beginning, but support were extremely helpful and we solved the issues within a few days. It would have been sooner if we weren't in different time zones.
