I searched for and tried multiple back in stock apps, and this one worked best for what we needed. It's easy to use and the reporting is done in a way that suits our company best. Also, from my initial experience, their service is great. I needed some assistance with setting part of it up - I contacted them, and Vishu was quick to help and very kind.

The plugin speed load is fast, the technical support also helpful and fast response. The price also affordable with many features compare too others.

Hopefully they develop the feature payment, i think it will be great if it has had payment options for the customer. So for pre-order the customer able to choose full payment or with % down payment.

Customer service was excellent in helping me navigate my unique setup between my website, Shopify, and Stoq. After receiving help from Vishu in customer service, my path forward was clear for how to modify my setup so we can receive pre-orders for out upcoming album release.

Great support from Nagaraj! He helped me set up back-in-stock alerts and preorders seamlessly. I had an issue where preorders conflicted with my ‘buy X, get Y’ discount, and Nagaraj quickly identified the problem using the Shopify support page. Super helpful and knowledgeable – highly recommend!

Excellent app. No tech is without it's issues but with Stoq they are few and rare, and dealt with quickly with no fuss. Highly recommend.

I just started using the free version of this app, as I only need to add a restock alert to one shop listing. So far, so good! And customer support was helpful in making changes to the button orientation. Thanks!

I have enjoyed using the Stoq app for Shopify since I installed it two days ago. Tonight, I received some extra help from a Stoq staff member named Shashi, who was extremely helpful and very cordial. I am really pleased with the app and with their customer service. After working with Shashi, I feel like I made the right choice to order Stoq when looking for a pre-order plugin. Thank you Stoq!
