I've only used this app for about a week but already very impressed with their customer service. They were super helpful and fixed my issue right away. Easy to use too, great app.

Not only is the app very good at stock updates and pre orders but the customer service is next level. Had an issue with pre orders. Within 10mins, Sneha resolved the issue for me! Great service!

This app is great for back in stock notifcations and preorders. The app is easy to use and the customer support is great. Shashi has been super helpful when we have wanted to make small changes and ask questions!

Vishu was a great help in setting up my design with the Back in Stock button so thank you. The app seems to be very easy to use and navigate. Hoping it leads to more sales in the future but will have to wait and see.

Perfect app for creating pre order offers! I use it on my custom theme, tried 3 other apps that didn't work, but this one was set up immediately! Together with notification - all working well!

I had a small inquiry with the app support and Shashi helped me perfectly - within minutes I was completely good to go!

Highly recommended!

The app is great and does exactly what it advertises, and the back-end is easy to navigate. I had on onboarding call with Anaam from the Stoq team who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get my back-in-stock functionality set up and looking good on my website. Really impressed with the customer support. I would highly recommend Stoq.

Customer service is off the charts. Prompt and helpful.

The app can be a little cumbersome at times, but the customer service more than makes up for it.
