I am extremely pleased with this pre-order app! It is incredibly user-friendly and has streamlined our ordering process seamlessly. The customer support team is fantastic—always friendly and quick to resolve any issues we encounter. Their prompt and effective solutions have greatly enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to improve their pre-order management!

I am very satisfied with the application and the service! The team is very responsive and solves problems very quickly. A real pleasure to work with. The only drawback is that the application doesn't (yet) handle translations of product names made via the Translate and Adapt application. Email notifications therefore take into account the product name in the default version of the store, and not the translated version. I hope this feature will be available one day :)
