UPDATE Nov 2024: Just had to reach out for a minor issue with my site and support fixed it in 2 min. Everything I initally wrote in my review stands. Great plugin and great people behind it!

What's not to love? This app functions great out of the box with very minimal setup. Extremely helpful and communicative dev if any issue were to arise.
Some things I love:
- Reduced customer service queries about when things are coming back in stock
- Easy to modify email and sms templates. The defaults are great, but if you want to change them it's no big deal to do so.
- Backend data that lets you see your most wanted items. This is huge for a store that makes their own items, and gets rid of some of the "what if" when working on restock levels.
- Does what it says. The emails go out promptly, and you can see if any sales are attributed to the email on the backend.
Love it.

Only just installed, but it was very simple. I had one thing I wanted to change regarding notify-me alerts for specific products and I used the chat feature to get some help. They provided me clear instructions immediately and I got it set up how I wanted within 5 minutes.

(August 2023) A very easy to use App and highly customisable to fit your store design. Couldn't quite work out how to make a font weight change, but a quick message to Kartik through their instant chat support and it was sorted in a matter of minutes.
(June 2024) A further contact with support after a theme change and I'm pleased to say that support continues to be excellent. Sneha had the button popped exactly where I needed it in a matter of minutes.
This is just the sort of support and App that Shopify store owners need. Thank you.
(September 2024) Just started to use the new Preorders system and Anaam help sort a small badge problem in just a few minutes. The company continued to go from strength to strength with support and also features.
