Nice working app and excellent customer service. I hope that you could edit apps features by yourself a little more but customer service is fast and works very well so it helps a lot.

I just started working with the app and everything is going well. I had a few questions and support was able to assist me rather quickly. I am giving it a 4 out of 5 just because I am fairly new to the app.

Used the message function when we had a button problem, and we had the quickest response and resolution. Love that there is always someone online to chat with.

The app glitches in the beginning and may have even cost me some sales. The rep stated the issue was from Shopify end. I dont know really. But they were deligent and got it resolved quickly.

Didn't put 5 stars yet because we just launched and the pre-order function has not yet been used by our customers. However, Anam from technical support has been a tremendous help in setting-up the app. She was super responsive and went above my expectations! Thank you!

The app itself is easy enough to use and understand

Although it would be good if you can create templates and copy them for time saving.

It would be good if it could also have selective emails, and not send out emails for every "pre-order" you create.

The app on notify unfortunately doesn't send a "thank you for registering" e-mail, for those who register to "wishlist" items.

After a bumpy start I have had a good experience with Stoq! I had decent suppor with most support reps and a poor experience with one. Once I made my concerns known... they quickly address my issue, reached out and retrained the rep that was unhelpful. They care about making sure customers concerns are addressed and corrected.

Used this for our first preorder and it worked great, takes a little time to get everything configured and tested but the app helps guide you through everything.

Love the out of stock notifications as well. The app tags every preorder which you can use to route them through a different import process. Would be nice if the app set a metafield storing the pre order date.

Although it is still m first day with the app, it seems to fit for the purpose - having a "notification of back in stock" widget. The support team is very responsive but it is a bit of a bother that the app makes us to contact them for a simple thing as changing the button from vertical to horizontal. That's why my 4-star.
