So far I'm still on the free plan until the site launches. Support was fast, easy and efficient. That's not generally my experience with chat support.
Weird that the "notify me" button defaults to the right side of the browser and is hard to see... but support is quick to reposition it.
Even on the free plan there is a fair bit of customization to make it fit your theme colours.
So far so good.

I was having an issue setting my first preorder and got immediate chat support. Very happy with the service.
I am not going to lie, when I read that they have amazing customer service I thought it was a bot (still thought it couldn't hurt seeing as they have the 14 day trial!). I am totally shocked and awed at their true customer service. I spoke to a real person (Madhu) who changed something super quick for me. That's not why I am leaving this review though. When I messaged them about a beta feature program they literally had it turned on as soon as I reached out. The preorder feature was something I really wanted and to be minutes in and them adding me to it was honestly super cool. Especially since I am still in my 14 day free trial. I honestly only had the app installed for a few minutes even. Anaam was super helpful and walked me through it super easily.
Great app so far! It does what it says and gives our customers a chance to know the moment something is back in stock.
I had a request to change the location of the notification button, and it was all done in minutes! And the person who helped me was very kind, she also offered to make the modification on our 2nd site.
Delighted with this app and its support. Thanks to Restock Rocket, we've been able to make a killing in restocking our product. The support is quick and fantastic; they resolved the only issue we had with the translation within minutes, and it wasn't even a fault of the app itself. 10/10
I'm still learning all about the app (just started with it!) But it's clear that the customer service team is terrific. Super responsive and friendly, too!
