We've been using this app for almost a year now and it's been seamlessly great. The support feature has been a great help especially with their very prompt and clear responses, which you don't always get nowadays. Nagaraj was very helpful answering any questions and offerings that Stoq has available! This app has made a successful difference in our conversion rate, as we have had numerous customers ask when products will be back, this makes it so much easier for us.

I have used Shopify apps for over seven years now, and none of them has offered the level of support these guys provide. Also, the app is brilliant, very easy to use, and looks great!!! Keep up the good work, guys.

Very impressed, great online support to help guide us through setting it up on our store. A 5-minute live chat was enough to get us onboard and working.... We have carried out a test and everything is working as we hoped for.

We are sure this app will give us the best chance of increasing our pre-orders and also improving the customers experience too. Highly recommended

Give Nageraj a raise.

You know... anytime I have to message an app for support I never know what I'm going to get.

Sometimes it feels like they get excited saying no to me.

Nageraj was so friendly - even if he didn't help me I'd have given him 5 stars, but he successfully removed out "Add to Cart" button when a product is out of stock and replaced it with a notify alert.

The app is super handy for anyone that is wanting to setup back in stock notifications, and has the right reporting to see both products in demand, and then ROI on the notifications.

Support reached out when I exceed my threshold to let me know, and I paid for the product immediately given how well it worked. They then helped me send the remaining notifications now that I was on the paid plan, and even offered to do it for me.

This app has *everything* I need from an app and I'm thrilled to have found one that does.

It allows me to give the option of pre-order AND 'notify me when back in stock'. The other pre-order apps I found only could offer one option at a time. I want both because not everyone wants to pre-order, they just want a back in stock notification. It's also the only app that also works on POS which is a huge bonus. I only wish you could process pre-orders on POS, too!

It's also one of the most affordable options. Great user experience, every customization feature I could want. Thank you!!

The plugin speed load is fast, the technical support also helpful and fast response. The price also affordable with many features compare too others.

Hopefully they develop the feature payment, i think it will be great if it has had payment options for the customer. So for pre-order the customer able to choose full payment or with % down payment.

Not just a great app, but also has a great response team to help you when you need it most! Sneha at Stoq helped me learn how to use the new Preorder Button for my store! It works exactly how I want it to! You can customize a preorder email and the buttons on your website, special preorder discounts, etc. Thank you Sneha for your help!
