They are really quick to support. The buttons didn't match our theme out of the box, but they were quick to be able to fix that. Nagaraj was REALLY quick and helpful. It's nice to know you're messaging with who is making the fix, not someone that has to send to another team to make the fix. That's really awesome.

We found the STOQ support to be totally amazing and quick to respond.

Anaam was incredibly efficient and resolved all our issues very quickly while being helpful and friendly with every aspect of the support she offered.

She was incredibly patient with us and allowed us to query everything and she explained and illustrated everything for us in ways that were easy for us to understand and produce results.

We recommend this App and its very professional service to all Shopify site users.

We will not look at any other Pre-order options as this is the very best we could find.

Excellent customer service:). Not a ton of experience w pre order yet but found that app to be very user friendly and the customer service was very responsive!

Customer experience has been unreal honestly. Every time Ive asked them if something can be modified, ie placement of a button for example they've turned around and figured out a custom solution for me pretty much same day.

Really good app for back in stock notifications and preorder. We had some issues during the set up and Vishu & Anaam from customer service were really attentive and helpful.
