We have not used Stoq for that many weeks, but we can say is that from our initial experience, Stoq has been great in helping us managing our customer's expectations especially for sold out products.

We'll definitely have more to say when we use it longer but seems like we would be using this for the long run!

Great app. Easy to use, support getting set up was phenomenal. Much better than the "Notify! Wait List" app, which is awful, with poor support.

If you are trying to make a decision between the two, I already tried to install both, and this one worked the best.

It was almost love at first sight: the product is so easy to use. The option to "customise everything" was the most important thing for us, as we're a premium fashion label, and visual aesthetics is very important. Had a small problem with how the pre-order button was displayed on our product page, and Anaam from the customer service team was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! Tan, Satori Berlin

App installation was fairly straight forward, however I needed assistance installing the embedded form on the product pages, so I contacted the support team. Within minutes Nagaraj responded and quickly installed the embedded forms on the pages that I required them. Great customer support!

Stoq has been great to work with! While I haven’t had the chance to fully dive into using it yet, their support during setup has been incredible. The chat function is a game-changer—it pops up exactly when you hit a snag, making the process smooth and stress-free. They’ve truly nailed customer support!
