Best support ever! Nagaraj at Stoq went above and beyond, spending hours to resolve a minor issue and helping me achieve the perfect layout I had in mind. I highly recommend this app, not only for its functionality but for the exceptional support that comes with it.

It was easy and straightforward to set up. Excellent customer support helped with the final configuration. Sneha provided fantastic service. She let me know why it wasn't working even though it was such a simple process. I can't wait to use it for our customers finally.

Hello I have been trying to work with Stoq since mid Oct. I have had good experiences and some very poor. I think Vishu is awful support rep, very unhelpful, demeaning and lazy. Nagaraj was extremely helpful and was able to fix my issue. Anaam tried to help gave a good effort.

Hey there! Thanks for writing a review, and sorry that you had a bad experience. As you can see from our reviews and rating, we try to do our absolute best to support merchants on STOQ - no matter where they are in the world or in their Shopify journey. Sometimes, we get it wrong and this was one of those times. I'm sincerely sorry that Vishu didn't live up to your expectations. He was trying to share his understanding of the Shopify platform in regards to the issues you were facing, but he was not able to give it the care and attention you deserved. This was likely due to him juggling a busy day with other chats & conversations alongside yours. It's not an excuse though, and we've figured out a path to work on this. Rest assured that I will personally tend to this.

If there's anything I can do to right this wrong or make sure you have an amazing experience with STOQ from here on out, please let me know. I sent a message & email to you, and I've also instructed my team to let me know if you run into any issues going forward. :)

I havent used it much, But the help center is very helpful and made some amendments very quickly to my page, helping me launch my pre-order on time!

It is an easy to navigate and set up app. The customer service is amazing, the genuinely make things happen. Great app, great support, now I'm focusing on my marketing to increase those numbers on the report.

Love the customization within this app and appreciate the timely customer service. I reached out to get assistance with the button placement and Vishu from chat support was able to match exactly what I was looking for. He was able to get it done in under 5 minutes.

Absolutely amazing customer services & customizability options - I came over from another app where the customer service was like pulling teeth to get the most basic thing changed, and decided to give this app a go as the beginner plan was within my budget, and couldn't be more impressed.
Anaam went out of her way to make sure everything from the app integrated seamlessly into my theme design, from changed fonts & colours to sizes of front & letter spacing. The app looks like it is part of my theme, she did a fantastic job! Couldn't be more impressed.
