I've used STOQ for a while (easy to use app) and recently had to reach out to support for assistance. Momna was efficient, kept me updated with the changes and let me know which steps I missed in the flow. It's also great that I can integrate this with my Klayvio email flows.

Excellent app,have been using it since a couple of years,and the best part is that if any problem,customer service is spot on and ready to help and solve your issues really fast.Great recommended app.

The customer service for Stoq goes above and beyond all the time. They help on more than I even expect but it is truly appreciated. We will be forever customers. As far as the app itself it has been so helpful for us as we do a lot of presales. My favorite feature has to be that it keeps track of how much that sale earned. That helps us so much in our industry and how we can market better for our next one.

Great app even for a smaller business. Has enabled me to keep track of pre orders and the support staff is always amazing and super fast to fix any problems over chat. Im currently on the free plan as not really large enough to need all the features of the other plans yet but i wont hesitate when i get to that point

The STOQ app has worked well for our customers to easily sign up for Back in Stock notifications and automates the process so well for us when the item has been restocked in our inventory. It integrates very well with Shopify.

STOQ is a fantastic preorder app — clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed to properly manage demand. But what truly sets this app apart is the support.

This app is truly excellent.
The setup process is very easy, the interface looks great, and everything runs extremely smoothly.

Most importantly, the real-time chat support resolves any issues immediately.
My support agent was 'kjutheja', and they responded right away with clear and very detailed explanations.

Highly recommended.

This app works exactly as expected and has been easy to set up and manage. The back-in-stock notifications run smoothly, and customers really appreciate being alerted when products are available again, helping us capture sales we might have otherwise missed.

What really stands out is the support. Getting a live agent promptly has been such a great experience. The team is quick to respond, understands our requirements, and has been incredibly helpful, especially for managing preorders and restocks.
