We recently installed the app and are still testing it. If the service is not accepted by our customers, then it is certainly not due to the app: it is super easy to set up and the support team did do what we couldn't do ourselves in no time at all. The team are so lovely, helpful and accomodating. They don't currently have weekly automatic stat updates but have told me they now plan to add this.

Excellent customer service and very responsive. They even reached out to me to fix the size of the 'notification box' to ensure that it was on-brand. Most importantly, in just a few days this app has allowed to capture dozens of emails of those interested in my out-of-stock products. So glad I added it to my shopify store!
