For the longest time (almost 5 years) we would only use Email, Push, and SMS for Back in Stock alerts using another app. Principally as a brand we don't relate to WhatsApp promotional marketing but we always kept an open mind for transactional, contextual messaging through the channel.
Peppyduck's app for back in stock alerts came highly recommended by Quirksmith, a good friend of Headphone Zone and therefore we decided to take it for a spin. Harshil, the app's creator is a delight to work with and was very accommodating to our customisation requests as well as a huge support during our pricing discussions.
