I used this app to collect my out of stock emails. They were really nice and helpful! I would recommend them to any site.

We've had a hard time maintaining inventory levels of our product thanks to shipping issues, freight issues, and COVID. But thanks to Back In Stock, we haven't lost customers along the way. I was skeptical that folks would really come back, or that the process of sending them messages would be painful or time-consuming, but as soon as we added inventory, messages went out automatically and we captured a bigger proportion of those lost sales than we had expected. UPDATED: After a recent social media hit on TikTok, we sold out in a matter of hours. And as my resupply took weeks to reach our fulfillment center and get processed, we were effectively down that whole time. Thanks to Back In Stock, we gathered hundreds of interested peoples' emails and converted hundreds into sales when we had stock again. This is critical for a shop like ours that sells only one product and can't offer alternatives.

This app has an excellent service and fair pricing. It‘s simple to use and we got a lot of extra sales from people who waited for out of stock products and then get informed automatically by this app. This is very convenient and our customers like it a lot :)

A simple-to-use app that does exactly what it says and most importantly, it generates actual revenue. Support from their Customer Success Service is AMAAAZING. We needed a few hundred emails to be uploaded and they were very super speedy in helping us to do that in 1-2 days. The only thing that I would suggest to improve on this app is that it'll be great if there is a customised email builder so that we can drag and drop blocks to edit the email. Otherwise, it's all good!
