Really easy way to make customers happy, know what they want, and increase revenue. This app is exactly what we were looking for.

Back in Stock is great. It is so easy for our customers to use and saves us so much time emailing back and forth with them. It took a bit of brain power to set up but the customer service was good and helped with our questions. We've been using it for over two years now I'm not sure we would want to run our business with out. Love it!

Generally a very good app. We have been using it for a few years. It works well 99.999% of the time, which is better than most. Once in a million, it does send an erroneous message when the item in question is not back in stock but a message is generated and sent anyway. We tried working out what was causing the error but couldn't pinpoint the problem. As it has only happened on a few isolated instances over the course of a few years, we would still recommend this app overall.

This app has made all the difference for my store! When I first launched, I found myself running out of inventory fast and this app allows me to note not only how many people wanted the product but also in what sizes. I then had an instantaneous way to get in touch with those customers once the item was restocked. A win/win for me and my customer! On top of that, they have customer service that was extremely helpful. Overall super happy with the service. Will be using them for a long time!

Really great app, worth the money, works good, there is needed customization to meet your Brand needs. Always upgrades, that we've recently added sign up for the Back in Stock items using phone number. Recommend to use!

Phenomenal app! It's helped our business tremendously with keeping our customers up to date with our product inventory. The customer support team is very communicative and quick with solutions to any questions or issues we've had. Can't recommend enough!
