We've been using this app for a while now. On our previous theme, Matt helped me customize the app in a way to be exactly how I wanted it on the page. A year later, we just changed to a new theme and James has been really friendly and patient with me to once again tweak the app. This time just with css because it integrated flawlessly with the the functionality of the theme (Venue). We have a separate wholesale site and we use this app on that site as well. Now we don't lose customers when a product is out of stock. When we update our inventory quantity, the emails magically go out and we can track the sales. Thanks again. Highly recommend.
I finally activated the notices that Back in Stock collected while I re-engineered and manufactured my best seller: the Ballerina www.Romboxt.com.
I needed some support along the way. James was quick to respond and helped to clear up my questions and make sure the App would work as needed.
I recommend this App and will use it again if needed.
It works very well for us. We often sell out quickly and then we get some back in return. Our customers can easily sign up on their sold out size to get notified if it will come back in stock. The app is easy to personalize and support is very good. We have used it for almost a year.
Very useful app. Notifies our customers automatically to recover otherwise lost sales. I needed a little customization and received hep from the developer right away.

Amazing app! We've been able to capture so much extra revenue which would have been left on the table if it weren't for this app. Highly recommend.
Petra is very helpful. She was able to integrate the script into our team and it works great. just the way we like it! We ended up adding it to our second store. The only request we have is to have a more customisable back in stock form.
I was looking at some different back in stock apps and this one was last on my list because of the price. Although, the massive amount of 5 star reviews compared to the other apps was note worthy. After trying some of the other apps and finding them to be dysfunctional with slow customer support and unsavory-looking email notifications, I found myself installing Back in Stock by Back in Stock. I can see why they have so many 5 Star reviews. The user interface is simple, easy to understand and use. The email notifications are prompt, well designed and customizable. I had an issue with the "add to cart" button on my product pages and after reaching out to support, they quickly responded (turns out it was not related to the app at all). I then learned they could do away with the floating tab and add an "email me when available" button, instead, which was preferable and awesome! Really love this app :)

Really good app - has allowed us to recapture sales that we would otherwise have lost when being out of stock. Love how it integrates into the store.
The app is ok if you have a single language store. But they state it's "Multi-language" compatible, which it is not. I am using Shopify markets with multiple languages, each market has a own domain.
But the app does do not support this.
So all they support is subfolder language like baseurl/en baseurl/de.
Using multiple domains for each language is very common, so I have no idea why they state it's multi language compatible. I made some suggestions to fix this, but they don't want to fix it.
Update after the reply: This still means you do not support shopify markets as it should be. I have for example 2 different domains, each pointing to another market in my one shopify shop ( one French, one German ), but you do not support the multi language feature because I am not using subdomains, but normal domains for each market. This is a basic Markets function that is not supported. So thats a big pitty. I moved over to another app "Restock Rocket" that do support Shopify Markets with different main domains.

Thank you for the feedback. We reviewed your interaction with our support and noticed a misunderstanding from our side. While we don't support one single Back in Stock account for multiple Shopify stores, we do support Shopify Markets stores with multiple subdomains.
With multilanguage enabled, Back in Stock fetches locales from Shopify and automatically display the appropriate currencies and labels. It also allows you to create different email templates and sign up popup forms, and more.
Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in enabling the multilanguage feature. We would also appreciate any further suggestions, as we are introducing beta features for Shopify Markets and would love to hear your thoughts.
