Exactly what I was looking for! My theme required some customization, support fixed it exactly how I wanted very quickly! Highly recommend this app. Amazing support!

For almost a year we have been using the app and each month it is generating revenue. Pricing is fair and the increased sales is great. Sometimes we are restocking an item and in under an hour we have sales for the item. Highly recommend.

State of the art support and team. App is working absolutely fine and support staff also helped us with code to add the system working, perfect! Almost upgrading to a paid subscription.

I was able to make contact with D'Angelo on the instant chat. We helped us with a backend error we made on the brand side and was able to assist with creating a new list and send. Terrific help and get assistance all within 30 minutes. A high level or care and knowledge.

This is a great app for any ecommerce vendor that deals with physical inventory. Our store is TogTees (www.togtees.com) - T-shirts for the modern photographer.

The main way that we use Back In Stock is the following: When we're out of stock on a particular size or color, before this app we had no way of knowing if visitors to our site wanted that or not. Now with this app, we can keep track of which sizes, colors, designs, etc are in high demand, so we can make sure to keep up with what we're short on. It's really become a big part of how we plan inventory stocking and production.

One thing I would ask for is that in the notification emails (to us), telling us that new notifications have been created, if the new notifications could be displayed separately from older ones, so we don't have to log into the app every time to find out which the new ones are. When you're launching new designs a lot, this becomes really cumbersome, and this simple fix would make a big difference.

This app is awesome! Extremely see to set up, it is pretty much all automatic out of the box. We needed a slight change of our theme and James was able to get it done in less than 12 hours after I sent the request. Highly Recommend!
