AMP | Back in Stock

We use back in stock on all 5 of our Shopify stores and wouldn't go without it. The functionality is great and we get a surge in sales when we get a product back in stock. Great app, great support team, two thumbs app for back in stock!

Back In Stock is amazing app! Customer support is on point as well. If you want your customers be alarted when their favorite products are back in stock, I highly recommend this app!

Great customer service. I have been using the app with an old Shopify theme and this month when I updated the my site, needed some extra help from Back in stock. Sara helped me very quickly and is now not an issue anymore - This app is a must for your store!

Great App. Generates a good amount of what would have been missed revenue had we not had the app. Highly recommend.

***Updated. Unfortunately, I had to lower the score. Restock notifications are no longer sending instantly or near instantly. They are taking at least 30 mins. to hours. This is bothersome because it causes us to think something is wrong and we spend an unnecessary amount of time trying to trouble shoot.

They also have a "chat" service but no one is ever available, so it turns into just an "email us" feature.

***Update again. Restocks not sending, we have to contact support every time we have an inventory update. We will not be renewing our membership.

Great customer service. Solved all my issues within not even a 12-hour time frame. The app works really well too. Best I've used compared to some others.

We love this app. We have sent out tons of notifications, and this app helps us move tons of product fast once we are "back in stock." It is effortless to set up and use. Definitely recommend. :-)

Customer service is amazing! Quick and very helpful! I had an issue with something we had set up wrong and they hopped on and got it fixed for me right away.

An excellent app! Our stock fluctuates a lot and sometimes popular items are not available for long periods of time. This app helps us capture a huge amount of revenue that would would have been otherwise lost. Set it and forget it then watch the sales roll in when you replenish stock.
