We love this app. Due to lots of unforeseen issues, we tend to run out of stock on products. This app helps us recapture lost sales regularly. It is probably the app we find the most value in out of all of our Shopify apps. It works well and the support is great. I only wish we could add BIS alerts to individual variants without additional theme support. Other than that, we find it enormously helpful and recommend it.
Great app! Really easy to use and style to match our site. Always converts well once we put a product back into stock :)

I previously had to build lists from emails that the site generated for each product, and then build a separate notification email for each one that came back in stock. Ahh! So it's magical that it's all happening automatically now with the Back in Stock app. It's been a huge timesaver, and I really appreciate that it gave us full control over our email creative, and also integrated beautifully into our site's theme with one click. Additionally, Matt has been really helpful in responding to the questions I've had during setup.
The app generally works well for us. The support is no more than ok. We asked for a simple thing like changing the font, but got turned down. After a while we figured it out ourselves, even though we have no coding skills. Should have been an easy fix.

Thanks for your review! We are sorry that you did not have a great experience with the support team. Changing the font can easily be applied under the Edit menu of the feature (email template, signup form, product page button) that you wish to change it on. If the font is a custom one, then we would need the referencing the external style sheet. I would recommend finding your font, or one suitable here: https://fonts.google.com/. We would then add this link in the head of the app from our end.

This app is a key component to my business. We are a business that runs out of stock quickly and Back in Stock allows us to bring customers back to the shop once we restock. I recommend it to any new business starting out of Shopify as one of the best apps to integrate into your store. They are also super helpful and responsive to any question or need. Only good things to say!
I've been using Back In Stock since day one. Of ALL the apps I use, this one matters the most. We are a small business, we make products in small batches, so we are always out of stock. This saves a ton of time because the notifications are automatic. More importantly it pays for itself in sales because I collect emails through the notifications form and don't lose out on sales. PLUS, their customer support team is on point. I message them all the time with questions and requests, they get back to me quickly every time. They are a critical partner in our business' success.
Such a great app! It gives me insights in what my customer want to get back in stock! Wish it remained free forever o:-)
