Ich möchte an dieser Stelle vor allem den sehr guten Support hervorheben. Wir hatten den Wunsch nach einer farblichen Anpassung. Nach 3 Stunden war alles tiptop in unserem Sinne erledigt – und das, obwohl wir aktuell noch in der kostenlosen Variante arbeiten.

This app is working really well for us! It's converting a lot of sales and I also find it a handy way of gauging and checking what quantities I should re-order. Worth every penny!
I cannot overstate the usefulness of this app for our shop. We experienced a nightmare-inducing warehouse issue congesting the movement of our inventory that started clear back in December and has continued interrupting regular shipping for us over the last 9 months. The loss of revenue has been completely maddening, but this tool helped us salvage customer interest in our products through the worst of it. The analytics show literally thousands of requests for notifications, the customization allowed us to really be open with our customers, and thanks to this app we've recovered tens of thousands of dollars in what would definitely have otherwise been lost revenue. Seriously, after looking at the numbers I've got to say that installing this app was probably the single most important marketing decision I've made in the last 9 months. Thank you Back in Stock!!
The Back in Stock app is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Outrageous return on such a small investment. Our results are off the charts. Highly recommend to everyone with a Shopify store!
(Updated) After discussing further with the app developers they will open up for the possibility to manage to downgrade the account on your own. (Original) The app does its job and we are very satisfied with the app as long as we can stock up and therefore have the benefit of informing our customers that several products have been stocked up. However, it is not easy to switch from a paid version to a free version during the months when we do not benefit from the app. As a result, we have to pay for the app during the months that we do not benefit from it. The only way to downgrade to the free version again is by contacting them. They should have the opportunity to downgrade the app themselves via their "Billing" page.
This is a great tool to get a read on what your customers are interested in seeing be restocked. Also provides leads so you can reach out and connect with your customers in a natural way.

absolutely fantastic app and great customer service. highly recommend for sites that have frequent stock outs and replenishments. well worth it.
Really solid app. It's easy to set up, easy to customize, and works extremely well. It completely eliminated the need to manually follow up with customers on back-ordered items and we like the weekly reports that tell us what people want the most.
Works like a charm and already paying itself back. Our inventory goes in and out of stock a lot and over last 20 days at least 25 customers have used the app to generate us about $20k in lost revenue. So glad we added this app.!
