This is such a great app. I've previously used it on other stores and have just added it to my own website. Customer support is fantastic. Would highly recommend.
This app is an excellent tool for helping our business assess which items customers are wanting to buy, and, in turn, giving us accurate data by which we can restock our supplies. The tool allows our customers to leave their information when an item is out of stock, and assures them of getting an instant message when that item is available again for purchase.
This app and its team are AMAZING! The support team went above and beyond to ensure that all questions I had were answered and solved in an extremely timely manner. Couldn't recommend enough!

I loved how my customers got emails and texts for a favourite product they couldn't wait to buy. It helped me sell out my new product in less than 2 days! They all got notified as soon as I made the product available!
There was a tech glitch online for customers entering their contact information so I had to manually add them in myself by asking for emails on social media.. so there was alot of extra work in that regard. Support could not resolve the issue.
If you need help you are on your own, they recommend that you contact a developer - it is not fair to call it support, sorry.
It's a pretty good app and the support is relatively responsive. It is more expensive than most restock apps, but my experience has been pleasant so it's all good. You're not up customizability is a huge plus as well.

Amazing support team! The app did not support our theme. We added the app on a Friday, and by Sunday they had customized the app for our theme and it was ready to go. We are already receiving new email subscribers for out of stock products - this app is great!

Good app when it works - we are paying for three subscriptions and they have all stopped working, I have tried to contact support multiple times with no response. Super frustrating.
Back In Stock has been a seemles way of notifiying customers when items are back in stock. It literally requires zero effort on our end. They are also quick to respond when questions or issues arrise.
The app stopped working so I emailed their customer service and did not get a response for 24 hours. Normally I would be ok with that, however, they charge $90 a month. During the down time I found an app (Channelwill) for $45 a year that functions the same exact way and their customer service replied back in 5 minutes.
