An incredibly useful app that has helped close a lot of sales from items out of stock, and identify which of our products are in most demand. Highly recommend it. I do think the backend could improve as far as design and ability to navigate the data of sign-ups for specific products.
Just installed the Back in Stock app and was very impressed by the support and timely service. Matt helped us set up the app with our customized account and even customized the automatic email that gets sent to customers. Reporting looks nice, emails get sent right away, everything seems to work really well! Would highly recommend.

Customer service is very not helpful. Don't use that app. The app look very unprofessionnel on the website.
I'm impressed! I'm fairly early in the process, however, I had an issue with the "Email When Available" button not aligning properly with my existing "Sold Out" button on my theme. I reached out to the developer, explained the problem and provided some screenshots of the issue. It got resolved in a very timely manner! I have no doubts that they would help out if I run into any other issues! :-)

Highly recommend! Great feature for the customer and great for us to keep track of inventory. Matt was extremely helpful and was quick to respond with all questions re customising.
so far so good! I've just had the app installed for a few days and I couldn't be more thrilled with the way it is working so far. I love also being able to see any conversions that come with the automated email to my customers. Thank you for a great app!

(Updated) After discussing further with the app developers they will open up for the possibility to manage to downgrade the account on your own. (Original) The app does its job and we are very satisfied with the app as long as we can stock up and therefore have the benefit of informing our customers that several products have been stocked up. However, it is not easy to switch from a paid version to a free version during the months when we do not benefit from the app. As a result, we have to pay for the app during the months that we do not benefit from it. The only way to downgrade to the free version again is by contacting them. They should have the opportunity to downgrade the app themselves via their "Billing" page.
