I am taking time out of my busy day to write a positive review about my experience for this app. We installed it recently to add some automation to managing our 'back in stock' notification setup. Previously, we were using the built-in feature that came with our "Turbo" theme from Out of the Sandbox. It accepts the email requests and sends them to us, but isn't equipped to do anything about actually sending emails to the customers once items are restocked. So, we were manually having to send those emails. Terrible timesuck and I don't know why we put up with that for as long as we did. It's worth noting that after we installed this app, it appeared that our theme was overriding the code for the app. I emailed their customer support team and their developers immediately took care of it and setup an integration unique to our theme. No setup involved on our end for the fix. We tested it and it works flawlessly. Very happy. Also like how the reporting shows that we already made a few sales today from the back in stock app auto-notifying people. Thank you!
This is a great tool to get a read on what your customers are interested in seeing be restocked. Also provides leads so you can reach out and connect with your customers in a natural way.

We rely heavily on back in stock notifications and this is the best app we've used. They can separate locations and provide some key integrations as well. Support is awesome!

The customer service I have received thus far has been super quick. My theme wasn't available for the out of stock pop-up. I messaged them and they worked their magic in ONE day. I haven;t gone live with my site yet but so far 10/10.

We just installed this app and we ran into a couple integration issues as we wanted to customize the button and the popup window. Support was very fast and unbelievably helpful. They state support within one business day but we were pleasantly surprised to find it's typically much faster. Everything has been integrated nicely now and we are off and running. It's all about customer support and these guys have nailed it. Not to mention it is a great product that does everything we needed and more.
still having issue connecting this app to our Klaviyo email provider - support is somewhat responsive via email within 24-48 hours with vague suggestions that are not really helpful in mitigating the issue. Support that doesn't resolve a problem isn't support at all...
Just had to write a review for this as my experience with the app has been great. We had a few issues with the app because of our theme modifications and Matt was very helpful in resolving these. He knows his stuff and is also very friendly. Just under a week, we've now had potential customers use the widget to be notified when an item is back in stock. This is an app to install if you want seamless automation in notifying your customers - it'll save you time and your customers will be happy.
App is easy to set up and it allows customers to subscribe to notifications for products that are currently out of stock. To develop the app further, it would be great to add a feature, that would allow sending a notification for "replacement product" (e.g. product size has changed a little bit and the new product has a different SKU, but it is still "the same product").
