A simple-to-use app that does exactly what it says and most importantly, it generates actual revenue. Support from their Customer Success Service is AMAAAZING. We needed a few hundred emails to be uploaded and they were very super speedy in helping us to do that in 1-2 days. The only thing that I would suggest to improve on this app is that it'll be great if there is a customised email builder so that we can drag and drop blocks to edit the email. Otherwise, it's all good!
We have greatly appreciated the back in stock feature and see higher conversion rates when our customers are able to use it. There have been a few technical glitches on our end because we redesigned our site template, but Matt was able to help us figure out the issue and work towards a resolution. Thank you for making a great, helpful tool and providing such top-rate, helpful customer service.
Easy to install. Easy to customize the "notify" button. Can't ask for more than that! I look forward to see it work in my shop.
Just started working with the Back in Stock app and it's been a dream so far. So simple to install even I managed it on my own ( and I'm not technical at all). Also the team have been so helpful and responsive when I've had questions. A fantastic experience and something that I can already see being very helpful for my business.
This app is great and does exactly what I need it to do. Very easy to navigate too. I would definitely recommend this app to any store that has in demand products that tend to sell out.

The app is great. We do have an issue where the app creates accounts in Shopify with the collected email address but no First and Last name which is causing issues with a Celigo/Netsuite sync due to those being required field to sync. Developers seem to have no intentions on helping out with this situation. Take it or leave it. Otherwise our customers do appreciate the capability.
We just installed this app and we ran into a couple integration issues as we wanted to customize the button and the popup window. Support was very fast and unbelievably helpful. They state support within one business day but we were pleasantly surprised to find it's typically much faster. Everything has been integrated nicely now and we are off and running. It's all about customer support and these guys have nailed it. Not to mention it is a great product that does everything we needed and more.
This app is very useful if you own an online boutique, or any online store for that matter. It is very customizable and easy to use.
Get this app if you want to retain customers (which, why wouldn't you?). What I love most about it is the fact that you can link your mailing list and customers have the opportunity to join your list while signing up for a restock notification.

I gave 4 stars because although I do find it very useful, it is a little pricey, especially when it becomes necessary to upgrade your billing package.
Back In Stock is amazing and I only wish I added this to my store earlier. The return on spend is more than worth it and the up tick I have had in sales since adding this app is even more than expected. Very happy with Back In Stock!
The app generally works well for us. The support is no more than ok. We asked for a simple thing like changing the font, but got turned down. After a while we figured it out ourselves, even though we have no coding skills. Should have been an easy fix.

Thanks for your review! We are sorry that you did not have a great experience with the support team. Changing the font can easily be applied under the Edit menu of the feature (email template, signup form, product page button) that you wish to change it on. If the font is a custom one, then we would need the referencing the external style sheet. I would recommend finding your font, or one suitable here: https://fonts.google.com/. We would then add this link in the head of the app from our end.
