This app is an excellent tool for helping our business assess which items customers are wanting to buy, and, in turn, giving us accurate data by which we can restock our supplies. The tool allows our customers to leave their information when an item is out of stock, and assures them of getting an instant message when that item is available again for purchase.
This app and its team are AMAZING! The support team went above and beyond to ensure that all questions I had were answered and solved in an extremely timely manner. Couldn't recommend enough!

It's a pretty good app and the support is relatively responsive. It is more expensive than most restock apps, but my experience has been pleasant so it's all good. You're not up customizability is a huge plus as well.

Amazing support team! The app did not support our theme. We added the app on a Friday, and by Sunday they had customized the app for our theme and it was ready to go. We are already receiving new email subscribers for out of stock products - this app is great!

Other apps on the Shopify app store should take notes from this one. Such a delightful experience from start to finish. The app is well made, both technically and functionality wise. Everything is easy to edit and fix yourself, you have access to do your own css and even edit the html in the emails. You also have a lot of control over how the app behaves in all contexts. I couldn't get the button below the add to cart button to function right away, and responded to the perfect welcome email I had received that I had some issues. A few hours later, I was followed up with visual suggestions as to how it can look, with the question if I wanted it like that. I approved it, and it was live when I woke up the next day. I can highly recommend both the app and the company, and I will take a closer look at other apps from this company too. We have just used the app for one day so far, and are already seeing nice results. You can't go wrong with this one. *The added benefit of being able to manually add emails for notifications when things are back in stock, is also something we have been missing for a long time, and is solved with this fantastic app. Some quick points:

Super useful app, if you know how to code you'll be able to customise the styling of email notification even more. The support was prompt and helpful, assisting us with minor styling update which we were stuck at.
UPDATE: The most recent update allows you to set a threshold of items in stock before it sends emails out your customers. This is much appreciated!

This app does exactly what it describes and the modal and other assets are easily customizable.

Back in Stock does exactly what the app suggests. It notifies your customers when an item is back in stock. It crawls every 2 hours and the system works perfectly.
The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because of the lack of a notification threshold (i.e. only notify a customer when there is X amount in stock). Sometimes when refunds or cancellations are made - 1 item is added to the inventory and hundreds of customers get a notification email from the application. Then, they get frustrated when they reach the site and the item is out of stock again. So a threshold is definitely a must.
Back In Stock has been a seemles way of notifiying customers when items are back in stock. It literally requires zero effort on our end. They are also quick to respond when questions or issues arrise.
We've used similar applications (some which are tied to expensive email service providers) but this one was by far the best that we've come across. 5 stars for functionality, documentation and customer support.
Customer service is fast and extremely helpful! If you need help gauging interest in certain products, this is the app to use.
