This app saves you a lot of time if you have products that sell out quickly. Customers really appreciate being notified when the product they want is back in stock and this app delivers great looking emails.
We tried a bunch of in-stock apps and found this one to be significantly more mature. Adding it to the site was a snap, and our customers started using it immediately.
For us, this easily pays for itself every month based solely on the reduction in support requests.
If you're looking for a no-frills (in a good way), highly-customizable Back in Stock app for your Shopify store with a great support team - this is it.
We were doing all of our back in stock notifications manually which was obviously a nightmare. This app automatically emails your customers who have filled out the back in stock form (which we were able to seamlessly integrate into our product page) whenever you adjust the quantity of your inventory. We were able to customize the email to match our current branding and the support team even helped us exclude some products (sale, vintage, etc.) from displaying the button.
We are seeing a great response from our orders and our analytics so far and the workload is literally gone. Thank you!!!

I used the App for back in stock notifications. The App it's intuitive and great. But it's not obvious that it's very important to set a minimum quantity of products to trigger the notifications. It should come with a bigger number by default or have an automatic pair, like 1 product x 1 client minimum.
Have used it for nearly 3 years and it has definitely helped add to the bottom line. It's a great app and highly recommended.
This app has made all the difference for my store! When I first launched, I found myself running out of inventory fast and this app allows me to note not only how many people wanted the product but also in what sizes. I then had an instantaneous way to get in touch with those customers once the item was restocked. A win/win for me and my customer! On top of that, they have customer service that was extremely helpful. Overall super happy with the service. Will be using them for a long time!
Really great support. 4 stars because you can not place the e-mail me button were you like. Other wise good.
Thanks for your review! We can place the button anywhere on your page. We might have trouble doing this, if your page has some CSS that is distorting the button's placement.

So easy to set up and use. This is a life saver and no brainer! Makes managing and forecasting inventory so much easier.
It's easy to get the basics of what we need but some additional analytics, for example, would be great. Perhaps if the app was directly linked to Shopify as well. Currently, it doesn't look like the BIS app will show as purchased unless purchased through the BIS trigger email and, I couldn't find a way to manually send a notification to, say, one customer, if needed. Customer service has been great!

In regards to how the app calculates conversions; customers would need to click the "Buy Now" link in the notification email. By doing this, a special tracking link is generated, which takes the customer to the checkout page and sends the data back to the app once the checkout is completed.
This is our current process, but I'm going to go ahead and submit your feedback as a feature request for the team to look into.
