Installed this for my client, a small business owner who isn't tech savvy and needed a complex split-payment feature. It's been great for her, and the developer has been very responsive.
We are extremely satisfied with this app! Installation and usage are very simple, and the app does exactly what we expect from it. Everything works smoothly without any issues. What really impressed us as well is the support: they respond quickly and always provide clear, friendly assistance.
Shocking customer support. I had to reach out to Shopify who had to nudge the developers to respond. After one response, I asked my questions and have been waiting to hear back since. Simply not good enough in comparison to your competition.

I know it can be frustrating, though we definitely do want to help; we responded directly and to your Shopify support ticket asking for more info. I'm Honestly not sure why the support ticket system wasn't relaying that or the questions you posted! as the issue was that we were just awaiting a response back.

Great app to have for larger stores that maintain stock lists from multiple vendors. We are able to offer pre-order for specific skus and upload quickly to create and maintain.
Support is top notch when issues arise. The team is quick to make updates and add features based on needs. Highly recommend!
This app solves what we weren't able to solve with any other app... being able to take pre-orders on our site that 1) automatically turned off when stock checked in and 2) played nice with Bundles.app (app we use to sell product bundles).
There's been occasional issues as the app updates or our theme updates, but the developer is super quick to respond and figure out the issue and fix it.
Highly recommend!
Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben, einfach nur Peinlich und auch eine Frechheit durch den letzten Update wurde die Möglichkeit genommen sein Abo zu beenden, niemanden aber wirklich niemanden kann ich diese App empfehlen.
Thanks for your review; Unsubscribing automatically happens when you uninstall an App from your Shopify admin settings - so I don't know what you mean.

Just what the doctor ordered. We're selling a lot of products on backorders and this is a perfect app for a store like ours. Support is friendly and immediate. Highly recommended.
Fantastic Application! It's got benefits for your customers and for tracking orders in the backend as well. With this app we are able to effectively communicate pre-orders and ship dates to our customers at the time of their purchase, which is great for our customers. We are also able to choose to have orders split into two different order fulfillments based on product availability in our WMS which helps our team in house process orders more effectively. This app allows for the most efficient pre-order shipping from a customer satisfaction point of view! We use Shiphero as our WMS and it integrates well with that third party application!
Brilliant app, it's only dropped a star because I can't bulk de-activate pre-orders, and a whole star feels harsh, I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. This is the third pre-order app I've tried, and it's by far the best. This app has two main advantages over others I've tried: the button loads immediately, and the app isn't affecting page load speeds. One of the other apps I tried loaded a script that was a bit slow, so it was possible for customers not to be shown the "Pre-Order" version of the button. Another app I tried added full seconds to page load speeds. This app has none of these problems. On top of that, this app is the easiest to use, it's really intuitive. I emailed the developer a question about how it worked and got an excellent answer right away, too.
