Automatic Backups backs up your most important information. The app backs up your entire store and then saves your products, product images, collections, blogs posts, shop pages, theme files, customers, and orders whenever they change. This creates a full history of your shop.

    Very bad help and support. They never reply your queries. I have never experienced such a thing before. All Apps support answer except this one

    We received and responded to your emails sent on the 13th and the 14th.

    In fact, I responded personally to both of them on the day we received them.

    It sounds like you did not receive my responses. It's likely that they were spam filtered by your email provider.

    The responses are from "michael-support@taloncommerce.com".
