The app runs smoothly in the background. I had an instance last week with a product import that was missing image links.... some products lost their images.. within a few minutes I was able to restore them from the backup. Works flawlessly and already saved me many work hours (and might even have increased my life expectancy given lower overall stress level).

Discounty runs so smoothly in the background that I barely have to think about it. Malgré que l'on puisse faire des duplications de notre boutique, un backup est un must pour nos données. Selon moi, il est impératif d'avoir un backup et je me sens tout à fait en confiance avec BackupMaster, l'application est simple et facile d'utilisation et le service est numéro un.
Although we can make duplications of our shop, a backup is a must for our data. In my opinion, having a backup is imperative and I feel quite confident with BackupMaster, the application is simple and easy to use and the service is number one.
I encountered a glitch on our site: the home page main (top) banner did not load, or it did but then dissappeared and I could not find the cause of the problem, so I used this app to go back in time to a previous back up. What a relieve, the site is working again! Always wondered if a backup is needed, but it looks like it is. What I noticed with some other backups is that they did not save the theme and all it s contents. This app does and as a result you can clone the whole site to another location. In our situation we only restored the theme and that was enough to get our site working again. It is also extremely easy to use: in case of a total crash, the back up is even available direct on their servers and a link to that is provided.
