We just installed this on our new Shopify store (and have used this app in the past), and we really like it. It has been very helpful in quickly reversing those little human errors that occasionally occur when editing products or pages :)

Yes their office was closed for the holiday and reopened today. They sent an email this morning and I responded back. I hope they will help me secure and organize my files and remove all older versions of my website from my online store files. Other then that the Backups are consistent.

Plays nice with other apps, gives me a weekly recap of changes that took place - Overall, a great app. I hope I never have to use it for an actual rewind.
