You don't think this app is important until things goes wrong and you wish you have this app. Must have app.

It has been three weeks now and because of this app I feel secure the safety of my website.
Yes I would recommend this app to anyone with a website that has work you wish to protect.

How many times have you purchased a product or service, then received an email from the founder asking if he could speak to you about your thoughts about the service? In my years of experience, the answer is a big fat zero. Mike Potter at Rewind set a whole new standard (in my opinion) in not only listening to his customers, but in actually reaching out and proactively requesting a conversation.

The funny thing is, I am a religious believer in backups. I subscribe to the old backup joke of "one is none, and two is one" when it comes to backup methods. I had been a subscriber for about a month and was using a bulk editor to make some adjustments to a large volume of products in my store. As luck would have it, I made an error and messed up about a hundred products. Rather than sweat it and take the time to key in all the necessary corrections, I chose to "rewind it" and it worked fantastically. The irony of it was, this happened the night before I had agreed to talk to Mike.

As a result, of my user experience with the product and my subsequent conversation with Mike, I am a big supporter of the both the product and the company. In fact, I also now use their product to backup my Quickbooks Online account.

An excellent set and forget app. You sleep better and have nice dreams when you know that your site is being backed up :)

Absolutely awesome, Rewind saved my business from a rogue Shopify Partner!

I had installed Rewind as I was concerned about protecting my customer data and my ability to recover in the event of a mistake or hack, but little did I know that I would actually need to protect myself from a crooked website developer, who was meant to be building the website, developing a new web and providing digital marketing services.

Having complained about their poor quality work, their response was to seize ownership of my Shopify store, then systematically delete the entire site I had built and already paid for, including the new web app. Following this they made a ransom demand to "open negotiations".

Fortunately, Shopify managed to return ownership of the store to me, then Sarah at Rewind proved to be absolutely amazing with her dedicated support and help. In just a few minutes, all my deleted data had been restored, back to where it was before the hack.
