I've been asked to write a review but I'm currently re-developing my website and have hardly any products listed so I don't have any experience of Rewind just yet, but in theory, it looks to work well.

This app has saved our butts a few times with some bad missorted product uploads that removed all images on products except the first one. A quick Restore from Rewind and all was well. This peace of mind is worth the monthly cost.

Excellent product, easy to use, gives you a peace of mind knowing all your hard work is backed up securely if something goes wrong.

I can’t vouch for what it’s like if you need to restore, but it’s easy to set up. Fingers crossed I never have to actually use it, nice to know it’s there.

We've been using Rewind Backups for several years and have never had a problem with it. The control panel makes it easy to locate specific backup items. Their support (Noah, in this case) was quick to get back to us when we had a question about our account.

Great app. I was looking for an app to backup not only my theme but my products and pages too. Luckily I have not had to use it yet but it really gives peace of mind to know that I can revert my site back to a given date and time if I ever need to. I would recommend the app to other Shopify users.

I have better piece of mind knowing my store is backed up and Rewind does it with easy. It's easy to install and use.

Five shiney gold starts to REWIND for saving my rear and web site. I've been using Rewind since I moved our website to Shopify just because I knew that some day it was going to be needed. (15 years in IT taught me that one.) So three years slip by and the back ups just happen without anyone giving it a thought . . . until whammy. My carefully edited CVS file import went crazy and placed all kinds of ANSI II funky charcters all over my wonderfully written product descriptions when I imported ALL my products with new pricing! ouch . . . took me a day to realize how big a problem I had. And then I remembered . . REWIND has my back. It was painless to back up 2 days on my product information and have it restored via Rewind. Now I'm back at updating my pricing with corrected csv files and all is well. Heavy sigh and 5 stars.

This is a great app. It automatically makes backups of all our content every 24 hours. We have never needed to restore any of our content so far, but just knowing that everything is backed up and up to date, makes us sleep at night. This also seems to be a professional developer, and gave us proactive information about their preparations for GDPR. Highly recommended!
