Having checked around Rewind Backups is the only app that truly backs up everything in your store. Thankfully, I've not had the need to use the backup files, but I can attest to how easy it was to set up and when I've had queries the team get back to you very quickly. Rewind is an insurance policy against the day it happens - you hope it never will but it's worth the fee to know that if anything ...

I haven't had to use it yet, so I don't know how easy it would be to reinstall everything. Hopefully I'll never know.

One thing it does for me, is give me a more secure feeling that I have some safety in place. You never know when you'll need it.
