A must for every ecommerce site. The developers are very committed to their product and their support is outstanding. Very easy to use and offers peace of mind against any mishap that may come along. There is a lot of code going on in the background and it all has to get along, so it's not too hard to break something.

Excellent app! Easy to install and monitor. I haven't needed to restore anything yet, but it's very reassuring to see that the daily backups are being done automatically. As our site is new to Shopify, we're adding stock and making changes daily, so it is also helpful to be able to do a backup at any time to save these changes.

The app does exactly what it promises to do. I could not be happier with this app. It offers peace in mind. I recommend this app to anyone, who doesn't want to wakeup in the morning and worried what could possible go wrong with their shopify store.

Highly recommended if you have a busy store. This app helped us recover all our product images after a mass update wiped them out. This app will ensure continuity of operations and the safeguarding of transaction revenue.

Today i have used the restore of date 13-AUG-2023 even 12-AUG-2023. This app not bringing my site back to normally, while my site was working perfectly fine till 14-AUG-2023. Is there any responsible person from your team to fix my issue. It is a serious issue

It looks like the theme Restore worked how it was meant to. Still, there appears to have been some confusion around Rewind functionality and how the items originally appeared at the time you chose to restore back to.

We use Quantity Breaks from Bold Commerce. Been using it for years. Products C500 to C599 and other products were added to Quantity Breaks because the Price Breaks had "Disappeared". Rewind destroyed all our additions to Quantity Breaks. If point of fact we have over 1100 products in Quantity Breaks. REWIND REMOVED Over Two Thirds of our products from
the price grid we set up 3 to 4 years ago. Use Rewind at your own risk.

Rewind cannot make any changes to third party applications - we have no ability to modify the data in any application other than the ones we backup - Shopify, Mailchimp and QuickBooks Online. Please contact our support team so we can provide assistance and determine what happened. We reached out to you by email and phone immediately after seeing this review.
