We had cause to need a recovery but had never used Rewind before. They responded to our request within about an hour.
Fortunately, we resolved the issue internally and didn't need to recover in the end but they (Bianca) followed up on this with a lovely email. This has given us a very good impression of Rewind so far.
We’re currently preparing for a system transition as we update our Shopify site, and Brittney Durston from Rewind has been an absolute standout throughout this process.

Installed 3 years ago as a way to make sure I sleep at night but never had a need for it, and personally was slightly questioning the monthly cost. Yesterday we had an issue with an app uninstalling badly from our store resulting in us losing some functionality. An initial restore got most things sorted, reached out to the team and within 2 hours a full restore of other parts was done by the team and everything is up and running again.
We are very pleased with the level of care we received from the app regarding the restoration of our product metafields. Stephan and Ahmad are a credit to your company and were very quick to reply to all questions and queries which put our mind at rest.
Will definitely be recommending this app to other developers and stores we work closely with.
App did not backup and restore Variant data and metafields. The AI Chat and help files inform of API limitations, but other Apps can do it. Look elsewhere and save yourself the pain of data loss.

No issues with the product, but it's one of those Shopify expenses grows as you scale. I would avoid and try to find to find something that doesn't feel entitled to a royalty of your hard work.

We had a terrible experience with this app. On go-live day, most of our data did not come across from our sandbox to the live store, so the team had to populate it manually.
