I like the fact that our store is being backed up and that I get the weekly report as confirmation. One less thing to be concerned about. So far so good!
Your Backup service is very useful to me as I have thousands of products to list, so i need a reliable service like yours with complete control on recovery.

hi i didn't get my store rewind where i was I need help i was using the free trial to see how it works
We're sorry to hear that your restore did not work as anticipated! Our support team reached out, and it appears that there was some confusion around restore capabilities. Your first backup is your first point to restore back to. Please be assured that going forward, you'll be able to restore from any version that has since been backed up, and get things back up and running in no time!

Excellent backup app for Shopify. I love the payment scaling. This is an immense help for the little guys just getting started. Rewind is very easy to set up and use. It does exactly what we need with no issues. I'd recommend every Shopify store to get this app.
SAVED ME!! FIVE STARS!! WAY TO GO REWIND!!! ... IF YOU HAVE A STORE AND DO NOT HAVE AN APP TO BACK UP YOUR STORE, omgOMG.....YOU ARE JUST PLAYING WITH FIRE! ... I was adding some code the other day, which did not play nicely with other apps, and i panicked! Thank God that I have rewind! Super easy to install and navigate the app. They have quick customer service and I receive daily reports that everything has been backed up.
