Just signed up last week. Had a little issue. Support got back to me right away and the issue is fixed. Great customer service which is rare these days! Just as an fyi, Issue was not with the back-up itself. I was on the wrong plan and just needed to be on the right plan.
Great app with great support. Requested to bundle up the plan since we have multiple stores, and they did not hesitate at all. Keep it up!

Does what is says on the tin. I am very happy with this app so far. Easy installation and setup. I hope to never have to use it but knowing I have it gives me a lot of peace of mind.
