Magestore Retail Barcode Label

Was able to chat with two wonderful humans who helped me add the specific label model to the lineup and got my margin issues worked out immediately! Excellent service.

Having custom scannable barcodes for use on the Shopify POS app have been a game changer for us, and having Magestore has been an integral part of that. We had some issues setting up but their customer support were amazing at iron out the kinks quickly and getting us going. Really great, responsive customer support team, and surprisingly good with implementing customer feedback on their updates.

Very pleased with this app! Customization and the ability to resize text and prices were the main features I was looking for!

Very happy with the app, the support is great, response time is generally excellent and they listen to feedback. We had issues in the beginning but they addressed it quickly, and the new pricing plans are flexible and good.

She helped me with so many things to get this set up and I can't express enough how easy she made it for me and was so so helpful. Ivy was great in helping me setup my custom label. It wasn't quite printing right but she stayed with me and tried various settings until the issue was resolved. I appreciate her patience and willingness to stay with me until the issue was resolve. Great customer service!

INCREDIBLE! No other app was able to print our unicode fonts and we had a bit of an issue with the correct paper size printing, but got VIP support from Ivy (shoutout). It will be the only app we use from now on. Amazing!

Easy to use and scanner reads barcodes easier than other apps.
