We recently migrated from Yotpo to Bazaarvoice and the entire experience was so smooth. The onboarding process was fast, well organized, and much easier than we expected. The Bazaarvoice team handled nearly everything for us, making the transition very low lift.
Our account manager was fantastic—very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions, the team was quick to respond and made sure everything stayed on track.
Overall, it was a great experience and we’re very happy with the switch and would highly recommend!
Once the reviews are up, they look great! But syndication is always a struggle. It is really like pulling teeth to get the reviews syndicated
At this time, we can’t use the available data to create a “Rating: High to Low” filter on the collection pages. We pay over 10k a year and this basic feature is not available. Very disappointed and once the contract ends we will be moving onto something else.

Very easy and quick implementation!
Enice was fantastic to work with—very responsive and really took the time to understand my concerns and the overall project. Jackson and Parvati were also great and made sure everything got done efficiently and correctly. Overall, a very positive experience with the whole team.
Our review collection went down 75% - It's a horrible review collection platform and horribly cumbersome ux to use. We were promised that we would be able to incentivize reviews which we knew was key for us, but they actually have no way to do that -- they sold us the klayvio integration as the way to do it claiming our success manager would help us set it up to send, but there is not a way to incentivize reviews unless you send customers individual codes one by one which is not a workable solution or use one code that then can be picked up by coupon sites. It's also very heavy on site and slows things down. We do see a benefit from review syndication with partners, but If there was another way to syndicate reviews we'd opt out. We are in the process of switching to use another partner for review collection and just use them syndicate. It's more expensive but the ROI will be much better because their review collection is so poor.
Our team is very pleased with the implementation of this app on our Shopify store. The Bazaarvoice team provided excellent support, ensuring we had everything needed for a smooth transition. The design and presentation of the reviews on our site are fantastic, and we especially love the functionality of filtering reviews provided by their team.
Would not recommend. Review emails are poor. Cannot move Q&A function up on the page to a place that is reasonable. Reviews/stars do not show up in all places. Overall a very poor review tool for Shopify. The only reason we use it is for the syndication on other e-comm channels. If it were not for that, we would not use it.

The sales team will promise you lots of benefits over Yotpo, but when you try to reach out to customer support after signing a contract, you cannot reach anyone. The number of reviews have gone down by 94% since switching. I cannot wait to go back to my previous review app.
