Bad experience ever:
Products purchased through the dropshipping service are cancelled after 15 days (the time they claim is necessary to prepare the order) due to lack of stock.
And what do they offer? "Credit to spend on further purchases."
What does this mean? Creating liquidity with third-party money without being entitled to it.
If a product is missing, it should be refunded immediately, not after 15 days. And if you are so disorganised, you should offer a refund and not credit in the bdroppy Wallet.
This demonstrates the total bad faith of this service.
Furthermore, no account is taken of the reputational damage caused to the dropshipping partner, who will be forced to cancel their customers' orders.
After much insistence (and a wasted day's work), I receive an email telling me that they will issue a refund to the original payment method next Tuesday.
In 2025, arranging a transfer or refunding the payment method from which it was received is something that can be done in a minute (and anyone offering themselves as an e-commerce service provider should know how to do it).
Terrible service and completely dishonest.
We are truly sorry for what happened — this is absolutely not the level of service or collaboration we aim to provide to our resellers.
We recently started working with a new supplier and, unfortunately, some internal processes still need to be fully optimized. Although we placed orders only for products the supplier had confirmed as available, when the merchandise arrived several items were missing. This resulted in an unexpected issue that caused not only inconvenience for our resellers, but also economic and reputational damage for us.
Our standard procedure in these cases is to issue store credit for the missing items, allowing our B2B partners to use it toward future orders. However, in your specific case, we understood your request and processed a full refund for the cancelled orders directly to your original payment method on December 9th. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your card.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. We are actively working to prevent similar issues in the future and to offer a smoother, more reliable experience to all our resellers.

Plusieurs engagements présentés lors de la souscription n’ont pas été respectés :
Promesse de service opérationnel
Le service était présenté comme une solution de dropshipping fonctionnelle et stable.
En réalité, j’ai rencontré des problèmes de synchronisation produits, des incohérences de stock et des erreurs de prix impactant directement mon activité.
Promesse de fiabilité logistique
Les délais de livraison annoncés n’ont pas été respectés.
Les retards ont entraîné des difficultés avec mes propres clients, sans communication proactive ni solution rapide.
Promesse de support réactif
Le service client s’est révélé lent et peu efficace.
Les réponses manquaient de clarté et les problèmes ont été prolongés inutilement.
Politique de remboursement
Une commande annulée n’a pas été remboursée sur le moyen de paiement initial.
Un crédit interne a été imposé sans accord préalable, ce qui ne correspond pas aux standards attendus.
Dans le e-commerce, la fiabilité technique, la transparence financière et la réactivité du support sont fondamentales.
Malheureusement, mon expérience ne reflète pas ces standards.

Les délais de livraison en Europe sont quant à eux de 4 à 8 jours ouvrables.
Ces informations sont clairement consultables avant l’achat de l’un de nos plans, afin que chaque professionnel puisse évaluer en toute transparence les délais logistiques.
Conformément à nos Conditions Générales, les commandes annulées ne sont pas remboursées sur le moyen de paiement initial.
Un crédit interne est émis sur le compte client et est automatiquement déduit lors d’une commande ultérieure. Cette politique est également accessible et consultable avant la souscription.

Terrible shipping process, it looks like they are not the owner of the Merchandise and need to rely on other suppliers. Processing orders up to 15 days are totally unreasonable, specially when you have to add the shipping timeline to your client. Definitely, if I find another better provider and I will jump and leave this supplier, especially when they are probably doing dropshipping on their inventory as well.

We’d like to clarify that BDroppy offers a mix of products: some brands are available for immediate dispatch with an order processing time of max 48 working hours, while others are supplied to us by external partners, which may require up to 15 days for preparation. I was thinking of changing my initial review to higher ratings.
However, my last encounter has been the worst. My products are not syncing with the Bdroppa list. I have been trying to fix this for the last 3 weeks. I have to say their support is extremely terrible. I know that they might not be able to fix right away, but they have to communicate with us let us know what is going on. Only thing I have heard them for 3 weeks is that their technician is working on it. Really? for 3 weeks? I do not think they even know the issue I am having even after so many screenshots and explanations.
They have good products. That is the only reason I am still with them until now. I just started the advertising campaign and I had to pause everything, and this is terrible.
I hope someone from Bdroppa will REALLY read this and address the root cause.
They have potential if provide better support.

I upgraded this app so I can have more products and other features. They took my payment, but have not provide any paid features. I have sent them multiple messages/tickets and yet to hear back!!!
They seems to have products that I am looking for. However I am not happy with their support so far. I am not sure what to expect if I need customer support in the future for any of my orders.
Why can't they have some dedicated resources for drop-shipping customers? They need to gain the trust.
Seems they are actively replying here. Hopefully they will pay attention to my message here!!!!

I've tried twice to select the products i want to display my store, it doesn't give me the option to do this and uploads 100 random items on the free trial. i have a swimwear store and only want select items however there's no option to choose what you get. whether this is just the free trial I'm not sure.
I imported items, then spent hours updating my listings. Then when i came back later. Everything was as if i never updated it. it do not work
glitchy. nothing loads.
