In the SMS authentication control panel section, I get the message "You need to update to version 2.0 or later." How do I update the app?

In order to use the SMS, you need to update your Shopify theme shop to 2.0 and not the app. We are happy to assist you on this matter. Useless - £1000 order was not marked as fraud, was 'successfully verified' and a chargeback is open.
Hello, we did a little investigation on the order and it looks like this order was received and processed before you installed Beacon for less than 1 hour!
Our system is always monitoring and doing its best to prevent fraud activities and it works best once you are able to learn all the features of the app and are able to fine-tune the fraud system. The verification section of the app is only a small part of the fraud detection process.

Beacon has been a great help to our store in cancelling fraudulent transactions. They're very attentive and very responsive to us whenever we send them a message. They keep us updated with the new features and they never fail to address our concerns. Kudos to Jason and the team!

Awesome app! We've had quite a bit of fraud over the years due to the type of products we sell and have used various apps but this is by far the best we've used! It gives you so much control over so many variables to accept orders or not. Even better is the customer service, they'll help you get things set up and customized for your store. Also so far it seems like they're actively working on new features in the background.
