Customer service is quick to respond and always really helpful. There are a few things that are a little clunky, but overall I've had success using this app.

I just downloaded the app and was immediately overwhelmed by their unbeatable customer service. I barely had time to start using the service before I received help and guidance with everything I needed. With the Beae support team we had an outstanding interaction, and especially with Kian. When I requested removal of the Beae logo, Kian not only responded promptly, but went further, brokering the discussion with the billing team. It's clear that they put the needs of their customers first. It's important to note that logo removal is not part of the standard free plan offerings, and requires special approval from management. This gesture was made to optimize my page, highlighting their genuine dedication to their customers. Beae deserves all the praise for their top notch service!

App is easy to use and easy to customize for a page builder, and I tried a few before finding this one... I'm a fan of the templates. I like how much variety there is. The app is great, but the customer service is what will make you want to stay. Genie was helping me, and I appreciate the fast replies and help. Will definitely recommend.

There was only one missing piece in shopify, flexible page builder. Thanks to Beae, it is now solved. One can easily customise their pages without editing the code and spending tons of hours into it. Must have app for all merchants!
