Kundservicen är bra och appen ger ett bra utseende för kunderna. Däremot, om ditt mål är långsiktigt och fokuserat på SEO, har appen stora problem som påverkar Google.

Appen uppdaterades nyligen och orsakade stora problem med mina sidor. Ägaren av appen erbjöd ingen kompensation för detta.

När det gäller SEO kan vissa avancerade optimeringar tyvärr inte lösas enbart inne i appen, eftersom de också beror på temats struktur och tekniska justeringar i Shopify-temat. This app is everything you need to create an incredible page. User-friendly, and the customer service is amazing. I ran into some trouble, and I didn't know what I did wrong, so I reached out to customer service. Sheldon responded and fixed my issues in a matter of minutes. Great service, highly recommended

We would also like to clarify one small detail regarding the behavior you experienced. When a merchant switches to a new theme, pages that were previously published through our app are automatically synchronized to the new theme. This is an intentional feature designed to ensure merchants do not have to manually republish all of their pages after changing themes.

That said, we completely understand how this behavior could be unexpected in certain situations. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we will review this feature carefully to see how we can improve the experience and make it more intuitive for merchants in the future.

When it was my first time woking with Beae and I was still figuring out some things, Mr. James from support group, was really helpful and kind. Otherwise I think it is really user-friendly app and would definitely recommend it.
