We've been using BeProfit for a while now and it has really helped us stay on top of our numbers. The insights are clear and useful, making it much easier to track profitability. The support team has also been incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
We've been using BeProfit now for over 18 months and have really appreciated the insights that it has given us from a financial reporting perspective. We love the live CPA and BCAC features and being able to integrate our 4 separate stores across shopify and amazon to get a holistic picture. There are so many features, the list is to long to talk about here.
One thing where they could improve is some of their LTV metrics, to get it a bit closer to some competitor apps like lifetimely. But regardless, what features they offer now outweigh that shortcoming.
Support has always been good and communicative with us, responding quickly.

BeProfit is one of the best apps for tracking the most important metrics for our e-commerce business. The development and support team is truly dedicated and quickly resolved a small issue we had with some metrics. Highly recommended!!!
I had a terrible experience with this app. I requested a refund on the same day that the services were due to renew, as we no longer needed them. To my surprise, the refund was rudely declined. When I asked why, I was told it was because of their "policy." However, after reviewing their terms and conditions carefully, I could find no mention of a no-refund policy. It seems like they simply make up policies on the spot to avoid giving refunds.
I find it incredibly frustrating and unprofessional that they declined my request without providing clear justification or referencing their actual policies. Transparency is key, and this app lacks that completely. I will not be using their services again, and I highly recommend others to be cautious before committing to anything with this company.

This is not a trustworthy company.
I installed this app via Shopify, but never initiated a free trial. Instead, I emailed back and forth with their support and they agreed to give me a much longer 45 day trial. This was not through shopify, but through the app developer directly. They NEVER stated they would begin charging me automatically after the 45 days were over. I have the full email thread as evidence. There is no gray area here. They never stated this.
I did not realize they were charging me ($449 per month!) for 2 months. When I realized 4 days after the 2nd charge, I contacted them. They refused to refund me. They said the charge was processed through Shopify and they could not do anything. Howeve, this was abolutely not true. I contacted Shopify support and they confirmed the the charges were NOT processed through Shopify. I again contacted this developer and they again refused to do anything about this.
I never provided credit card information directly to this developer. NEVER. This means the app developer utilized credit card info from Shopify to illegally charge me directly. I have informed American Express and they will be investigating. I also plan to escalate this issue with Shopify. Shopify should not allow app developers to leverage credit card information from Shopify to charge separately. This should be illegal.
Let's hope a company this shady is not allowed to continue providing services for Shopify.

We extended your free trial to 45 days—well beyond the standard trial period—to give you additional time to evaluate the platform. As with all trials, the subscription automatically begins at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand. This information was clearly displayed on the payment confirmation page when activating the extended trial, including the exact date and amount of the upcoming charge.
Regarding the billing, all charges were processed through Shopify as part of your app subscription. We (or any other Shopify vendor) do not have direct access to or control over billing outside of Shopify’s system, nor do we store or process payment details independently. Shopify handles all app charges via their platform, and any concerns regarding billing can be further verified through Shopify Support.
While we were unable to process a refund, we offered to credit your payments toward a future plan and provide an additional two free months when you're ready to move forward. We understand this may not have been the resolution you were hoping for, but we stand by our policies and remain open to working with you in the future should you decide to continue using BeProfit.

The app is great, and the support was great, but now they only have bot chats, and they don't respond to their emails anymore either. We have waited 2 weeks for responses, and as a business, these things are important to fix. We are also on the highest plan, and not having an account manager that we can reach out to is just dumb. It's a sign that the app is dying.

I never bother leaving reviews but this was an exceptionally bad experience. I have some issues with the app itself, doesn't work well and missing some basic features but what was the worst was the support. Took days to answer and then the answer was a sentence or two, lazy, didn't answer my questions at all. Just seemed like someone responding to the requests in their lunch break and didn't really care if it helped. It was clear they didn't even read my message ♂️
