Before BeProfit, the only time we really had accurate financial data for our company was at the end of the year. For any given month, deposits from our channels and expenses would be asynchronous enough to make the month look terrible or amazing, depending on when the bank deposits hit.
With BeProfit, I know on a daily basis whether or not the business made money. This has been a huge relief. As a manufacturer, our margins are already thin. I rely on BeProfit now to understand the financial picture of the business in real time - something that my accountants were never able to help me with.
If you're running an e-commerce business, there really is no substitute for this app. It's head and shoulders over the competition and gets better every month with frequent updates. I'm on a slack channel with their team and they fix every problem within hours.

When we started with our shop, I installed BeProfit in order to monitor the results of sales compared to the budget for Ads. A few days later, I imported all of our costs, (COGS, operational costs, shipping rates etc.) into the dashboard and i was astonished by the picture the numbers gave me: Realtime monitoring not only of our Adcampaigns but for the whole business itself.
Without these possibilites, we wouldßnt have been able to scale the business up so much. We always can keep an eye on all important costs and profits. sure, you could make up an spreadsheet and calculate all these stats for yourself with fancy formulas. But who´s got time for that?
The support is very good - personal videocalls and a super fast respond on all the tickets which I sent in. (Even if I did ask some dumb questions (from todays point of view) :))
I strongly recommend this app to every shop-owner who wants to save time, money and always have a good view on important business numbers.

If I could give BeProfit more than 5 stars I would. I used to have to manually maintain a spreadsheet to calculate a small fraction of the data I get from BeProfit or wait until my accountant closed my books at the end of the month, which didn't even give me the data I wanted. BeProfit gives me the data I need and saves me an incalculable amount of time. And their customer service is great. The team quickly responded to a request I made for a specific data enhancement by having a call with me to better understand my needs and they are working on providing the data! This app is a game changer for information about your business. I wholeheartedly recommend BeProfit to anyone looking to take their Shopify business to the next level.

Just started using BeProfit and truly loving it so far. I've been looking for an app to tie together my 5 sales channels into one analytics dashboard for years. I could never find one solution that would accommodate all of them until now. It looks as good as the Shopify Dashboard and it's super fast. Best of all, the onboarding team has been stellar. Raphael was great, answered every question, and helped me correctly configure my account. Looking forward to digging into my data!

Great app and customer support! I was unaware of the fee's that came with high order amount and got an invoice for those. Got really disappointed that they didn't notify me when exceeding the limit. Contacted them and Daniel waived the fee's! Also app works great, but sometimes the connection with a social media platform suddenly disconnects. Overall great experience

Exactly the application that i was looking for!
