The app works ... sorta. I found it difficult to understand how to set up the products and after they were uploaded to Best Buy there were still other steps to get things live. I had two support chats, one was poor and not followed up, the 2nd was pretty good and after asking the right questions I got needed info in operating the app. I'm still learning, but it seems like the app works, it might take several tries to get things "right". I did not find the Help documents very helpful.

The service is shit & the program does not work.

Never responded or addressed to any support tickets I opened to fix their useless and non-working app, but emailed me immediately to collect payment to renew subscription. Are you joking? Uninstalled and not looking back.

Now in our third year... The journey began positively, despite a few minor issues, which were quickly resolved thanks to efficient customer support. Unfortunately, last year marked a significant decline. The app has since failed to function correctly, and despite numerous support tickets and attempts to arrange meetings via their portal, there has been no response or attendance. The app is now utterly ineffective and non-functional. I advise against wasting your time and resources on it.

We sought an affordable way to transfer our listings from Amazon to Shopify, then onward to BB. It took roughly two months to identify and fix several bugs that may have been unique to our synchronization process. However, their support team was available to assist, and the app has been operating smoothly since then. I plan to monitor its performance over time and will adjust my review as needed.

The app works okay, but unfortunately the dedicated customer support is not as advertised. They are quick to respond when it's related to taking your payment, but it seems they don't care afterwards. It is not worth the money in my opinion.

The good: Once setup, the app functions as intended. It works well and I have minimal issues as far as I can tell.

The bad: I had to figure out how to use the app mostly on my own. We are supposed to have a "dedicated account manager" , but I don't have a direct line to them, no phone number, no whatsapp. We have been directed to a generic support staff.

Simple requests are often misread and not answered correctly. On my last query, something that should have been a simple resolution within 24 hours has dragged on for 8 days, I had to follow up, only to get a incorrect response back, and when I pointed out that my original question was still unanswered, I was told they would get back to me. Almost on 2 weeks for a simple question.

Point of my story, don't expect any help from them. If you have the patience to figure it out yourself then go for it. Not worth the amount charged. If we can't utilize the app and get our products posted, and resolve issues, then it is not worthwhile unfortunately.

Very frustrated at this point, and I am seeking a refund. Which by the way, can't get a hold of any staff to help me with this, yet when they were signing me up I had responses within 24 hours, and even two follow ups. Clearly shows all they care about is money. Might have to do a credit card chargeback at this point.

The CED Best Buy Canada Integration app does not function properly. It never has worked 100%. The customer support is there, but most often the support team has to manually submit feeds when I reach out because this app does not work properly. The last time there was an issue (recently), there was no solution provided and the support team did not reply to my email.

The below issue CED Support worked on and now work like the other apps. They do listen and improve their apps I have multiple CED apps and this one they appear to have stopped all investment into. There is no bulk fix feature like in their other apps e.g. Walmart app allows you to assign the default DVD rating where as this one doesn't. The results are clear as I have over 400 items listed on Walmart but only 21 listed on Bestbuy. Save time and money and just list the Bestbuy items manually as this App does not help at all

got some troubles from this app recently, almost 1000 orders in the past months were sent again as new orders to my shopify end. CEDcommmerce did help delete the orders, but it happened again. This is not acceptable and got me so many troubles. They fixed the issues with me after this happened, in a quick response. So far, App seems to be back to normal. The customer service is prompt and patient.

I am using lot of apps from CEDCommerce and everything working perfectly that inspired me to go with bestbuy Canada app. It is verry easy to work with and the support team specially Ayushi Dixit is excellent and any issues if we face will be solved with utmost importance. Highly recommended this app for bestbuy Canada integration. Thanks

We have been using this APP since June 2018. There were a few bugs in the beginning but CED Commerce has worked extremely hard to get this APP to integrate any Shopify store with the BestBuy Marketplace. Customer service is always available and resolves issues ASAP. The beginning was tough but their customer support have always been extremely motivated to help us, and
now the APP works great and all is good.
