The service is shit & the program does not work.
The app works ... sorta. I found it difficult to understand how to set up the products and after they were uploaded to Best Buy there were still other steps to get things live. I had two support chats, one was poor and not followed up, the 2nd was pretty good and after asking the right questions I got needed info in operating the app. I'm still learning, but it seems like the app works, it might ...

The below issue CED Support worked on and now work like the other apps. They do listen and improve their apps I have multiple CED apps and this one they appear to have stopped all investment into. There is no bulk fix feature like in their other apps e.g. Walmart app allows you to assign the default DVD rating where as this one doesn't.
