Mergify: Merge, Combine Orders

I used this app last year with no problem to combine orders together. This year though, the merged orders are saying that I either owe the customer a refund or that they owe me. Now I'm afraid that when I fulfill an order that it's automatically refunding (which I owe no refunds on) and sending customers invoices for what they owe (although they owe nothing) because I've had a couple customers ...

We’ve contacted them through multiple channels email, support requests, etc. and heard nothing back. It seems they only respond to public reviews to save face. This app helped us solve a big issue during our sale events. Customers often place two or three orders back-to-back, and with Mergify, we’re now able to merge them before anything ships out. Not only does it save money, but it’s a better customer experience too.

DO NOT USE IF YOU SELL THROUGH FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE LINKED BACK TO SHOPIFY. I am out $74 because facebook wasn't updated that I shipped products. Can't get Meta to tell me why they took my money without notification, can't get shopify to help, which they said they contacted Mergify. I have been trying to get someone to give me my money back for 2 months!!!

The app will merge customer orders into a "test order", but if you offer a rewards program (like through Smile), additional points will be awarded for the test order. I reached out to Mergify through all channels and got no response. So I checked the box to set the test order subtotal to zero which solved the problem of additional points being awarded, but now all shipping fees are being refunded ...

The best part about Mergify is how hands-off it is. Once you set up your automation rules, it quietly does its job in the background. It doesn’t interfere with our normal fulfillment process or mess with inventory counts. It’s been a very reliable tool.

Had a network issue that broke Mergify’s integration. Initially, support was slow, but when they finally replied, they stayed late to troubleshoot. Fixed everything in 2 days. Give them a chance—they’re human!
