I installed this app last week. I have to say it is incredible. The mobile app, in particular, is critical for me to stay in touch with my customers. When a customer sends me a message, I get a notification on my phone. So far, I've had a great experience with this app.

I was very satisfied from the first moment I downloaded the application. there was only a small deficiency that I needed, when I shared it with their team, they made an effort to improve it. It's great that they value their users so much ! best app on shopify if you need live support and communication... in addition to this there are many other great features in the app !!

I love this app so much! I had another chat app installed first, but it didn't have an app for my iPhone. With this service I can also get notified on my iPhone and talk to potential customers when I'm away from the computer. Lots of easy-to-use customisations and features, plus it looks great. I wanted to leave a review because I'm also so impressed with how speedy and polite the customer service were to answer a question I had. Thank you!

I was in a real pickle needing to change some of my settings and weren’t able to access my PC to change them. The support team quickly assisted and had it changed for me in under 5min!

One annoying feature is that the chat by default sents initial message to customer when he visits a page.
Turning it off, so they don't have notification that automatic message was sent would be perfect.
